The 360 Tour, often called 3D, or Matterport (a brand name) is an invaluable tool for distant shoppers who cannot schedule a live tour with an agent. It allows the viewer to virtually move through the property from a computer at his/her own pace, stopping to look around as desired and moving in closer to details that warrant closer inspection. The 360 Tour is a valuable adjunct to real estate photography and provides the viewer control of what he wants to explore in the space.
