1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, purchasing, or using any services provided by Property Pix Florida, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Property Pix Florida offers real estate media services, including, but not limited to:
Property photography
Aerial/drone photography and video
Interior and exterior videography
Floor plans
Virtual tours (Matterport, Zillow 3D, etc.)
Marketing enhancements and add‑on services
Services may evolve as our offerings expand.
3. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Property Pix FL reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Equipment issues
Unforeseen circumstances
We will always communicate changes promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth session, clients agree to:
Have the property photo‑ready at the scheduled time
Ensure all areas to be photographed are accessible
Secure pets and notify occupants
Provide accurate property access instructions
If a property is not ready, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Property Pix FL accepts major digital payment methods and invoicing by corporate entities.
Late payments may incur fees.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To avoid fees, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Fees may apply for:
Same‑day cancellations
No‑shows
Properties not accessible upon arrival
7. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround for photos is typically next‑day delivery, but not guaranteed. Video, virtual tours, and complex edits may require additional time.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
8. Licensing & Usage Rights
Property Pix FL retains full copyright to all media created.
Clients receive a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use the media for:
Real estate marketing
MLS listings
Social media
Print and digital advertising
Media may not be resold, transferred, or reused for future listings without written permission.
Brokerage changes, new agents, or new owners require a new license.
9. Drone Operations
All aerial work is performed in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Flights may be restricted due to:
weather, airspace limitations, or safety concerns. If a drone flight cannot be completed, alternative ground‑based media will be offered when possible.
10. Editing & Revisions
Standard editing is included with all services. Additional or advanced edits (object removal, sky replacements, virtual staging, etc.) may incur extra fees.
Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
11. Property Access & Safety
If the photographer arrives and cannot access the property, a trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply.
Property Pix FL reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
12. Limitation of Liability
Property Pix FL is not responsible for:
Lost revenue due to listing delays
MLS compliance issues caused by client‑provided information
Damage to property caused by unsafe conditions or client negligence
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
13. Privacy & Data
We do not sell or share client information. Media captured inside a property may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
14. Modifications to Terms
Property Pix FL may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
